Elaine is originally from Scotland and has lived and worked in the British Virgin Islands since arriving in 2000.  She learned to dive in the cold waters around Scotland and enjoyed every minute of it. Although she still dives occasionally in cold water, she is definitely a warm water fan.

Giving up her career as a commercial banker, she pursued her dream to be a Dive Instructor and Boat Captain and has never looked back.  She has an engaging and bubbly personality and is full of fun facts and loves the underwater world. She excels at showing beginners the wonders of what lies beneath our fabulous waters and is especially delighted to be able to take you on your underwater SNUBA adventure here in the BVI.

Qualifications: SNUBA Recreational Center Programme Coordinator, SNUBA Guide, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Qualified Boat Captain,  Necker Nymph Submarine Pilot and Instructor, First Responder, STCW95,  Virgin Island Search & Rescue (VISAR) Helm/Responder.
